The Hotel Puerta América has established a set of measures  "CLEAN & CONFIDENT" that have been implemented so that our clients and employees can enjoy an experience with peace-of-mind and safety, as well as minimizing the risk of spread from Covid-19. The application of several of these measures could affect the availability of certain services. 

 TEMPORARY CLOSING 
The Observatory and Karrara Terrasse restaurants, Skynight and Marmobar will remain closed from August 1st until September 1st. All catering services will be held at Lobby & Bistró.  Likewise, we will not provide refreshment nor food from the minibars. Room service will have a limited service between 07:00 and 23:30 from sunday to thursday and between 07:00 and 04:00  friday and saturday. For further information, please contact the hotel directly. Our team remains available for reservations and inquires 24h. The seasonal outdoor pool will be open from June 18 to September 15 from 12:00 to 19:00 only for inhouse guests.

A REFERENCE TERRACE IN MADRID

Self-refueling with mini-holidays for a few hours without leaving the city or expose yourself to long and tired displacements is a fantasy that becomes reality - and such a reality! - in Liquid 41, the new terrace of the Hotel.
